Adobe Photoshop Elements
Product Review

In the past, my favorite graphics program was Paint Shop Pro. I have used Adobe Photoshop and really liked it, but thought that it was too pricey for me. Photoshop Elements is just right.

One of the best features that I found was the "Hints" window. If you click on a tool and don't know what it does, just activate the Hints Window. It will describe what it does and how to use it.

Recipes are common image editing commands that you simply click on to do the work for you.

The History Tab is a lifesaver. It allows you to erase bad steps and start from a point that you choose.

Have you ever wanted to share your photos online? If you have a webserver, you can put all the photos that you want to share into the same folder on your hard drive and let Elements create a photo gallery for you. It will even create the html files that are needed to cycle through the photos. All you have to do is upload the files to your server.

If you have a digital camera or a scanner, this software is a must. If you are still not sure that Adobe Photoshop Elements is for you, download a free copy at Adobe's website to give it a try. www.adobe.com
